Every day at 7am local for every active pending transaction: check days-since-last-step-advance against per-step SLAs. If any step is overdue, ping the responsible party with state-of-step copy.
Listing photo compliance scan
When new listing photos are uploaded: vision-model scan for fair-housing risk (visible person/identifier, family signals, religious symbols on display), MLS-presentation risk (front of house obscured, blur, low resolution), and produces a per-photo PASS/FLAG list with suggested re-shoot guidance.

Q.02Is this legal or compliance advice?
No. Brokerage OS produces drafts, checklists, and process guardrails. Every output is for human review. We are not your attorney; verify state-specific requirements with your state board and counsel.
