OPERATING SYSTEM — REAL ESTATE BROKERAGES
The Brokerage OS
The operating layer for residential real-estate brokerages. An operating layer that runs on top of the tools you already pay for.
An operating layer,
not another CRM.
A Notion workspace, working automations, Claude Skills, and a community channel — engineered for the operator-side work your CRM leaves on your desk.
New lead → CRM router
Inbound web/IDX/Zapier leads are deduped, source-attributed, owner-assigned via fair-rotation, BBA-required-flagged, first-touched within 5 minutes, and the owner agent is calendar-notified.
BBA + tour confirmation
When a tour is booked: check that the buyer has a Buyer-Rep Agreement on file. If missing, send pre-filled state-specific BBA via the configured e-sign provider. Confirm tour with property address, access instructions, and safety reminders.
CMA listing-comp pull
Broker queues a CMA for a listing prospect. Pulls last-12-months comps from the connected RESO Web API source within a bounded radius and bed/sqft tolerance, summarizes the price range with a confidence band, and produces a buyer-ready PDF
Transaction-coordination pending heartbeat
Every day at 7am local for every active pending transaction: check days-since-last-step-advance against per-step SLAs. If any step is overdue, ping the responsible party with state-of-step copy.
Listing photo compliance scan
When new listing photos are uploaded: vision-model scan for fair-housing risk (visible person/identifier, family signals, religious symbols on display), MLS-presentation risk (front of house obscured, blur, low resolution), and produces a p

You'll run this if…
You lead a small team that has outgrown spreadsheets and broker-memory. You treat AI as an instrument, not a magic trick. You'd rather buy sharp software than maintain dull software.
Skip this if…
You want a one-click "AI grows my business" button. You won't spend an hour on setup. You expect outcome guarantees — this product does not sell those.
Memory + inbox
Not a CRM. It sits on top of yours and absorbs the operator-side process work that currently lives in your head and your sent folder.
One price list.
No sales call.
Answers, before you ask.
Q.01Will this work with my MLS?
We support Bright MLS, CRMLS, and NTREIS at launch, with new MLSs added weekly. After purchase, run the eligibility check — if your MLS isn't yet supported, CMA falls back to CSV import or you receive a full refund within 14 days.
Q.02Is this legal or compliance advice?
No. Brokerage OS produces drafts, checklists, and process guardrails. Every output is for human review. We are not your attorney; verify state-specific requirements with your state board and counsel.
Q.03Will this replace my CRM?
No — Brokerage OS sits on top of your existing CRM. It handles the broker-side operations your CRM doesn't: agent onboarding, recruit pitches, pending heartbeats, compliance review, fair-housing checks, wire-fraud verification.
Q.04Do I need to know Notion or AI?
No. The Notion workspace duplicates with one click. Claude Skills install in two clicks. Automations run on our infrastructure — no setup beyond connecting your MLS and email.
Q.05Annual versus monthly?
Annual at $390 is the anchor — $32.50 per month effective vs $39 monthly. Cancel anytime; unused months pro-rate back.
